The gavel has dropped and the people of have spoken, I was found GUILTY ON ALL ACCOUNTS.

Here is a copy of the email I received from Yahoo based upon the appeal letter I wrote (to read more about this case and my appeal, check out "CONTEST: Today on People’s Court…Now You Can Be Judge, Jury & Executioner Too"):

The jury (made up of exclusively Yahoo! yahoos) weren't satisfied letting the "long arm of the law" slap me once, they administered the double dope slap by suspending my account too (just minutes after suspending my content).

Here is a chilling account of the double verdict here:

Believe me when I say this, I have not yet begun to fight and I'll be staging an appeal very soon (more about that later this week).

Before I can do anything, I need to ANNOUNCE THE WINNER to the "Should We Send Yours Truly To The Yahoo Electric Chair" Contest.

Come back tomorrow when I announce the winner!

So what do you think? Was justice served or was the whole trial and conviction out of order?

Let me know what you think by leaving a reply below.
