It's Friday night and you just got paid and it's time to get your party on.
You have plans to meet the boys for a drink at 9PM and to rendezvous with your lady at 11PM at your favorite watering hole, so what's The Man to do?
Before Glympse, maybe you would keep everyone updated on your whereabouts by text, email or by phone, but those changes in plans, venues or meet up spots can often take the "fun" out of a funking good time.
Well, Glympse is about to change all of that.
Sure you could fire up Google Latitude or "Where I Am" on MetroNavigator, but do you want to know my problem with these applications?
1. You have to remember to shut it off. 2. It can be difficult to be selective (on who you are going to allow to know where you are and for how long they will know it). 3. It can be difficult to remember (all the different settings you made for who you want to find you, when you want them to find you and for how long you want them to find you, particularly if you are dealing with a group of people).
Granted it's not impossible to make these other programs do what Glympse does, but the utter simplicity of how Glympse can do all of these things very well makes it a worthwhile application to consider adding to your GPS arsenal.

There is a lot of content on Kinoma FreePlay (and I can't believe that vendor is holding back even more content to motivate you to purchase the retail version), but I'm beginning to believe that this is the "one size fits all" application that is a must have for every Samsung Code user.
Kinoma Play, work less and play more---I'm believing the hype!
Some of you that have already seen the videos from cubano2031 may have already downloaded the application and come to the same conclusion that I have, but for those that haven't, here are my thoughts.
Likes: 1. Try before you buy (free trial offer) 2. Ability to purchase application at a 20% discount (an offer was sent shortly after I downloaded the trial version) 3. Problem-free installation 4. Software is compatible with the Samsung Code
Dislikes:
1. Limited TV stations are offered in the trial version. 2. Limited English-based programming offered in the trial version. 3. The program rebuffers after about 1-3 seconds of streaming video in Metro PCS' 1X reception environment (this can be improved by piggybacking off your cable modem connection, but it takes the "mobile" out of mobile TV).
